You can generate year-end receipts in Akubo using the Mail-merge functionality in Letters and also in Email.
For non-profit accounts, the available data fields are:

For business accounts, the available data fields are:

- [sales-category-campaign-list-YYYY]
- [sales-total-YYYY]
For example, you can write the following letter (or email):
Dear [first-name],
Thank you for your donations in 2011:
