How do I switch to V3?

There are two ways to switch to your V3 account:

  1. From your V2 account: Log in to your V2 account and click the banner on the homepage – Click here to explore Version 3 (Beta). Use your CRM login credentials.
  2. From the Akubo website: Visit https://www.akubo.com/, click on the CRM V3 menu, and select Login. Use your CRM login credentials.

What if I make changes in V3, will it affect V2?

V2 and V3 are interconnected and share the same database, enabling seamless work between both platforms. All your existing records are accessible in V3, and any new contacts or updates made in either version will instantly reflect in both.

What is a Super Admin, Admin and a Standard user?

SUPER ADMIN – Has full control over the system, including managing all users, settings, and configurations. 

ADMIN – Has full control over the system, except for managing Super Admins. Can oversee all other users and system settings. 

STANDARD USER – Has access to assigned features and functionalities but no administrative privileges.

How do I switch back to V2?

To switch back to V2, visit the login page at https://www.akubocrm.com/login/.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: As we prepare for the full release of V3 by the end of Q3 2025, V2 will be officially discontinued on October 1, 2025.

What are the changes in the new user settings?

We updated the user settings and created 3 user profiles: Super Admin, Admin, and Standard user.

Why are the other features missing?

V3 is currently in its Beta phase, and we have been releasing updated features since January 2025. For a complete list of available features and releases, please refer to our V3 Release Notes
