Activity Logs help you track your interaction with your contacts.
Accessing the Activity Log
On the main page, find Logs, then click the icon on the lower right corner of the tile and select Type. You will then have the option to view Phone Logs, Notes and other defined types.
Viewing the Activity Log
There are three given options to view activities:
Note: For advanced users, the Filter function is also available. You can also sort the information according to fields by pressing the fieldnames and clicking on the sort button.
