Setting up your Akubo Account
A. GENERAL CONFIGURATION
Login Accounts
1. To configure Login Accounts, go to Settings:
2. Under the General Configuration tab, you can add new accounts and also set user access privilege.
Creating Custom Fields
1. To update custom fields, go to Settings:

2. Under the General Configuration Tab, go to Custom Fields and click Edit Fields.

3. You will then be shown 8 tabs in the Custom Fields page: Status, Details, Transactions, Activity Logs, List, Task/Cases, Products, Household Members, and Opportunity.

You can define specific text fields for your Details

You can define specific text fields for your Transactions

You can define Activity Log types (e.g. notes, phone log, etc)

You can define Case categories (e.g. meeting, presentation, updates, etc)

With the Products feature, you can set custom text fields and the number of pricing options per product

The Household Members tab contains field specific for household members of a contact record

With our Opportunity feature, you can create your own status and sub status
Auto-Forms
Akubo provides you with predefined forms for collecting information to your database. You can use these auto-forms as registration forms for event guests or email list subscribers.
Enabling Auto Forms
1. Go to the Settings page.

2. Under the Auto Forms section, click the Enabled button.

Using Different Auto Forms
Choose from the 3 pre-made Forms.

Note: You can customize your auto-forms by clicking on “view this guide” at the lower part of the Auto-Forms section.

Account Summary
Home Preference
1. To configure Home Preference, go to Settings:
2. Under the Home Preference tab, you can select the feature that you frequently used for easy access.
Groups
Transactions & Campaigns
1. To view Transactions & Campaigns predefined data, go to Settings:
2. Under the Transactions & Campaigns you can see your predefined data
Online payments
1. To setup Online Payment Notification, go to Settings:

2. Under the Online Payments tab, follow the steps.

Access History
1. To view Access History or Action Logs, go to Settings:

2. Under the Access History tab, you can see who accessed your akubo account, as well as what the user did.

Email Alerts for Task & Cases
1. To update email alerts, go to Settings:

2. Under the Email Alerts tab, you can toggle if you want to receive alerts every time there is an update or new task/case has been created.

3. Toggle if you prefer to receive alerts for Tasks & Cases that in-progress, overdue and about to be due. You can select which day you want to receive alerts.

Configuring Security
1. To update security, go to Settings:

2. Under the Security Tab tab, toggle Security and Options to be notified every failed attempt.

3. If you prefer to limit Akubo usage to company premises only, put the your company’s IP Address in Allowed IP Addresses
