Did you know that you can set the visibility of specific contacts for each user?
Not all users in your organization need access to all donor information. Setting visibility for each user allows you to restrict access and secure information.
How?
Method 1: Adding New Contact
In contact view, simply select the users allowed to access by checking their names in the “visible to” field.
Method 2: Existing Contacts
On your donor database, browse for the specific contact or simply use the search tool and click to select.
In the conact’s profile tab, simply select the users allowed to access by checking their names in the “visible to” field.
Note: Only users with “MANAGE” privileges (in the Login Accounts Settings) can set contact visibility.
