Reports are a great way to understand your data, track your sales/fundraising performance in detail, and in turn analyze which aspects of your organization need improvement or suspension. In Akubo, you can visualize data based on your contacts, transactions, activities, cases, and opportunities.
1. On the Dashboard, click the Others icon on the top bar.
2. Click Reports.
3. Select a category in which you want to generate a report. When you choose Contacts Summary, for example, you will be shown a pie chart each for contacts sorted by city, gender, age, etc.
Under Donations, you can create reports for donations received this month or last month, or view a summarized report called Snapshot. See sample report below.
4. Afterward, you can also opt to print a current report by clicking Print Page.
